Slow Cooker Pulled Pork 

Slow cookers are one of my favourite appliances in my kitchen. Just throw your ingredients in before you start your day and its ready by dinner time! Nothing better than coming home at the end of a long day to a delicious smelling dinner already made! 

Don't forget to try this Summer Kale Salad recipe for your side dish. 


  • 3-4lb Pork tenderloin

  • 1 cup Vegetable broth

  • ¼ cup Balsamic vinegar

  • ¼ cup Soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp. Honey

  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced



  1. Place roast in slow cooker.

  2. Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl until combined.

  3. Pour over roast

  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 2-4 hours

  5. Enjoy :)
