I am a Registered Dietitian and Sports Nutritionist with a passion for performance nutrition, helping athletes fuel for sport and humans fuel for life. 

My mission is to empower you with the knowledge, strategies and habits you need to ensure you are fuelled for your sport and everyday life.


As an athlete myself, I understand the challenges you can face when it comes to navigating your fuelling needs. Fuelling for your sport or your unique needs should not be stressful, overwhelming or hard. That's why I focus on delivering evidence-based nutrition recommendations that are easy to understand and apply!

If you're an athlete or active individual, I can help you understand how nutrition can be a game changer for you so that you can perform better, have more energy, recover better, and reduce your risk of injury.

Whether you're looking to take your athletic performance to the next level or just feel like your absolute best self, I will use an individualized, non-diet approach to empower

you with the knowledge and strategies you need to build life long habits and see lasting results!


  • Diploma in Dietetic Education and Practical Training (DDEPT) - Brescia University College (1800+ hours of practical training to become a licensed RD) 

  • Honors Bachelor of Science (BScH, Nutrition and Dietetics) - Brescia University College / Western University (4 years) 

  • Professional Registration with the College of Dietitians of Ontario

  • Certified Level 2 Precision Nutrition Coach

Meal Prepping: Kitchen hacks to enhance creativity and organization in the kitchen. 


Like nutrition, I have a strong passion for athletics.

I began as a competitive long distance runner for 7 years, then transitioned to CrossFit in 2014 where I have competed in multiple competitions as an individual and on a team. I understand that high intensity and high volume training requires special demands and the impact nutrition has on performance through my experience.

I love working with athletes to help them perform at their optimal level.
