Snack Dip

Simple. High in protein. And yummy!

Use with your favourite veggies as a snack on the go, or use at a party to dip all kinds of goodies like crackers, veggies, chips...etc! 


Serving Size: 2 tbsp


  • 1 container low fat plain Greek yogurt (2 cups)

  • 1 package dry onion soup mix



  1. Mix ingredients together.

  2. Let sit over night or a few hours before serving.

  3. Enjoy :)
