Raspberry Balsamic Vinaigrette

This homemade vinaigrette is natural, flavourful and cheap! Toss it up with some mixed greens, some seeds (like pumpkin seeds), a fresh fruit (like tangerines or strawberries), and maybe some goat cheese and you have yourself a delicious simple salad.  

 

You can use it for your salads or you can use it as a sweet marinade.

Makes 500mL

 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup               Olive oil

  • ½ cup              Raspberry balsamic vinegar

  • ½ cup              Honey

 

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a mason jar.

  2. Label the mason jar and store in the fridge.

  3. Shake vigorously before each use.

  4. Enjoy :)
