Pina Colada Smoothie

This simple recipe will make you feel like you are on a beach in Jamaica. A nice treat on that hot summer day with 4 simple ingredients. 


I use Aroy D coconut milk because it has no guar gum so it stays liquidy when in a smoothie (which is what we want, otherwise the smoothie gets too thick!) 



  • 1 cup coconut milk (Aroy-D) 

  • ½ cup pineapples (or to taste)

  • ¼ avocado

  • 1-2 tbsp. vanilla protein powder (optional, you could use ¼ tsp vanilla extract instead if you would like)



  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Enjoy :)
