Greek Pasta Salad

When it's super hot out, no one wants to have a warm meal. Pasta salads are a great side dish to any summer meal, barbecue or potluck. This recipe can also make a great meal prep meal when you add a serving of protein to it.

This is a flexible recipe, meaning you can add more or less of any ingredient so it can taste best for you! I personally love tomatoes in a Greek salad so I add closer to 2 cups.  The dressing is also up to you, I used Irresistibles Greek Dressing instead of making my own from scratch because I love this dressing!
