Egg Creation 

Are you getting enough veggies in each day? If you feel that you're not, this recipe is a delicious way to add some in! Just like any recipe, you don’t have to follow mine exactly, you can use any of your favourite ingredients and as much as you want. This is just a guide!

 

Dont forget to use the Maple Bacon seasoning! It's PRIME! Or if you are fine with "plain Jane" then stick to your salt and pepper, but I promise you it'll change your world with that seasoning! 

Ingredients

  • ½ tbsp. Coconut oil

  • 1/3 cup Onions, chopped

  • 1/3 cup Carrots, grated

  • 1 cup Cabbage, chopped  

  • 3 Eggs

  • 1-2 tbsp. Milk

  • Maple Bacon seasoning (to taste)
     

Directions

  1. Heat oil on medium heat, then add veggies and cook until desired tenderness.

  2. Add Maple Bacon Seasoning.

  3. While the veggies are cooking, put the eggs and milk in a small bowl and whisk until combined.

  4. Once the veggies are done, add the eggs and scramble until eggs are fully cooked!

  5. Enjoy! :)
