Cinnamon Swirl Oatmeal

This recipe is not only a great breakfast to start your day, its also a great preworkout meal before you go to the gym! Providing you with protein, healthy fats, and carbohydrates to fuel you just right. I made mine with apples because I like a little crunch, but you can use any fruit you'd like such as bananas or berries. 

Makes 1 Serving


  • 1/3 cup Oats

  • 2/3 cup Milk

  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon

  • ½ tsp. Nutmeg

  • 1 tbsp. Hemp hearts

  • 1 tbsp. Natural peanut butter

  • 1 tbsp. Honey (or just to taste)

  • 1 Apple, chopped into bite sized pieces



  1. Mix oats and milk and microwave for 2 min stirring half way.

  2. Mix in the rest of the ingredients.

  3. Enjoy! :)
