Makes ~10 bars 

Ingredients:

  • 2 Ripe bananas, mashed

  • 2 cups Oats

  • ¼ cup Ground flaxseed

  • ¼ cup Honey

  • ½ cup PB2

    • Or 2 tbsp. (30mL) natural peanut butter

  • Chocolate chips (optional)

 

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl and stir until mixed.

  2. Form into bar shape, or whatever shape you want, using plastic wrap.

  3. Store in the fridge.

  4. Enjoy :)
